Our founder, Michael Curtin, has been a successful sales and marketing executive for over 20 years. As well as being a senior hiring manager, he was a VP of Sales and Partner in a firm that grew from $2 million to $85 million under his command and ability to identify and hire talented people. His experience is not just in recruiting, but in hiring over 200 people for his own departments, offices, and firms. He founded his first recruiting firm in 1998. This company went on to place over 60 management professionals in its first year with almost $1 million in revenue and is still operating today..
